A maximum $200 fine imposed by Marine Magis- trate Neil Garland on July 24 on a junkmaster for carrying 15 excess passengers, and a re- commandation for the junk licence to be can- celled, despite defendant's plea that he had chartered the junk only a month before and was not responsible for the previous seven offences, was recalled yesterday in the same Court when Chief Junk Inspector Frank Brett prosecuted Po Tung, said to be the late master, for failing to report change of masters.
