UNANIMOUS NOT GUILTY

Mak Kin, who was charged with forgery in respect of a bill of sale of a motor vehicle, was yester- day unanimously found not guilty by a jury and discharged.

It was alleged by the Crown that Mak Kin had claimed back a mortor car from the Custodian of Property by forging a document in the name of Lip Hing Chuen and then mortgaging is for $15,000'under Lip's name.

The case was heard before Mr. Juller Gould.
