FIRE TOKUNAGA TRIAL EVIDENCE
Over Five Hundred Deaths Of Prisoners
A fire that had spread with such rapidity that six charred bodies were discovered in positions indicating they had been seated round a table and were burned to death without a chance to attempt to escape was described in the Coron- er's Court at Kowloon yesterday when an in- quiry was held into the fire at 78, Un Chau Street, Shamshuipo, on November 6 that claimed 11 lives.
