This letter was despatched by telegram last night. The letter states that "as a result of the irresponsi- ble policy of the present Greek Government, a situation has arisen in the Balkans which re- presents a grave danger to peace and security in this part of Europe and which cause right- ful concern to all sincere champions of peace."
