Russians Make Mild Concession

Vienna, June 12.

The Russian authorities have agreed to the estab- lishment of straight air lanes over Soviet-con- trolled territory between Vienna, Linz, Buda- pest and Prague, General Mark W. Clark, com- mander of the United States forces in Austria reported yesterday.

his report to the joint chiefs-of-staff in Washing- ton, Clark said this would mean eliminating some of the flying difficulties which resulted in the buzzing of American planes by Russian fighter pilots.
