ALL CHINESE National Currency hold- ings, personnal and otherwise, in the banks in Hong Kong have been frozen by the Hong Kong Government apparently with ́a view to wipe out the prevailing "Black Mar- ket" and to prevent leakage of Chinese National Currency from Hong Kong into "occupied" and Japanese controlled terri- tory.
