YDINNER PARTIES GIVEN BY THE KIN LEE FIRM TO EUROPEAN MEMBERS OF THE WATERWORKS OFFICE AND OF THE 'PORT DEVELOPMENT OFFICE WERE THE SUBJECT OF QUESTIONS AT THE RESUMED HEARING OF THE A.R.P. INQUIRY THIS MORNING.
