GIRLS MUST COLONY SWIMMING
WORK
Thousands of women who consider themselves unable to leave their home towns or villages to do war work are likely to find themselves ordered into war work soon.
A Ministry of Labour statement says there are 6.386 women re- garded as immobile with good cause. No work can be seen for them within the next thee months.
In addition, there
were 17,753 women who considered themselves immobile. They were likely
within to be employed three months.
