AMERICAN RED CROSS WORK

Invaluable work has been per- formed by the American Red Cross since the signing of the Acre Armistice Convention and the conclusion of the Syrian cam- paign.

Already they have distributed 800 tons of food and clothes, with 100 tons of medical supplies to wounded refugees or those ren- dered destitute as the result of the campaign. All the goods arrived by sea and a further 700-tons is expected shortly-Reuter.
