THOUGH HE ADDED HOWEVER, THAT ** {F THE FLAN EVER MATERIALISES, WE WILL HAVE ONLY JUST THE ONE RINK AS WE HAVEN'T THE SPACE FOR A FULL-SIZED GREEN.”
