PRINCE KONOYE, THE OUTGOING PREMIER, WHO HAS ACCEPTED THE IMPERIAL COMMAND TO ORGANISE A NEW CABINET, HAS ALREADY RECEIVED A PLEDGE OF COOPERA- TION FROM THE WAR AND NAVY MINISTERS.
