Spiced Ham

2 cans (16 ozs.) pork and beans 1 can (12) ozs.) canned spiced

ham

6 tablespoons brown sugar 11⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves

2 teaspoons butter

Empty 1 can of pork and beans Into a casserole. Slice the canned spiced ham in thin slices and ar- range half of it on top of the beans. Combine the sugar and ground cloves and sprinkle half of it over the ham. 2/3 cup condensed tomato soup

1 egg

3 tablespoons mayonnaise Combine tomato soup and grat- ed cheese and heat. În a double boiler until the cheese is just, melted. Add the slightly beaten egg gradually and cook 3-4 min- utes. Remove from fire and pour into shallow plate to cool. When. cool add mayonnaise and mix well. Store in the refrigerator un- til firm. Makes 8-10 sandwiches. This Alling keeps very well.
