Hint To Golfers
Frank Strafaci, the track ama-· teur golfer now soldiering at Fort Hemi ton, not far from his Brook-. lyn home, adviseɛ average wack- end golfers to study the games of Samoci Jackson Shead and Ben Hogan.
Watching Snead and Hogan take their wide are swings, yon see the wheels go round. They make ideal study subjects because of their accentuation of back- swing, body turn, wrist action and follow though. It's difficult to pick out component parts of the Swing when you are looking at a small are swinger.
Ben H an's exaggerated follow through resents such a glaring contrast to the Average golfer's stilted finish that it affords obser- evidence vers convincing visual of their own shortcomings.
