Give Your Face A Cleaning--- Young Girls Advised By

Young girls in their teens are apt to be careless about skin care. They feel nature will sup- plement for their carelessness but that is not the case. Nature must be given a hand if you want true skin beauty. And the best way to help is to give your skin a thorough cleaning.
Begin with a thorough cream cleansing. Pat on one layer of cream, massage it a little and re- move with tissue. Then put on a thicker layer of cleansing cream and massage that into the skin for several minutes. Remove with tissue.
Now for a good washing. Mols- ten your soft bristled complexion brush and dip it into the suds of a bland soup. You might wet your skin with warm water first if you wish. Then get busy and work up a good soapy lather on your face. Brush in tiny circles and pay a lot of attention to the sides of your nose, your chih, the corners of your mouth and near your hair line. In those areas little skin blemishes such as whiteheads and blackheads are quite likely to be. Brush thein away.
Rinse your skin very carefully with warm water and finish by splashing it with cold water. Dry thoroughly.
For Skin Airing
Now this will surprise you-- don't use a single cosmetic but run out into the open and sun your- self for fifteen or twenty minutes. Let the air and sunshine reach that freshly washed skin. That is mar- vellous for it.
You might use only lipstick for a week or so-no powder, no other make-up. Let your skin breathe fresh air day and night!
