JUDGMENT

JUDGMENT FOR THE Yellow Taxicab Com- pany against the Central Taxi Company for $150 and costs was given by Mr. Justice Cressall this

| morning, in an action arising out of a traffic acci-

dent.

Mr. W. A. Mackinlay was for the plaintiffs and Mr. F. H. Lose- by for the defendant company.

Giving judgment, Mr. Justice Cressall said that the two issues

were:
