BOOTS OF TWO WARS GO ON TOUR

Two pairs of Army boots were included in an exhibition of South African war materials which left Johannesburg in а special train for a six weeks' tour covering 4,000 miles.

One pair was mo- dern, the other was worn in the East-Afri- can campaign during the last war. These

were selected for com- parison with the mo- dern Army footwear from hundreds of pairs sent to the authorities in response to SOS.

EILEEN BARRETT, a tall athletic girl of nine-
