Spain Reported To Have Signed Up With Berlin

Authoritative circles in Lyons yesterday stated that an agreement has been signed be- tween Germany and Spain authorising, German troops to use Spanish territory in order to at- tack Gibraltar, states a report to the "Tribune de Geneve" from Lyons.
