Mr. d'Almada asked that the case, which is for committal to the Sessions, be heard in camera. but the application was refused.

The outline of the case by Mr. Williams revealed that after cer-; tain alleged incidents, in a taxi and in King's Park, on the night of April 22, Sgt. Alexander saw accused in a stationary taxi with only a shirt on. It was alleged that accused told Sgt. Alexander that a boy in King's Park had stolen his trousers and jacket.
