THE SPEECHES OF Col. Henry Stimson and Senator Claude Pepper are prominently featured in Chinese newspapers in Hong Kong this morning.

In an editorial entitled "The Roar of Righteous- ness," the "Kung Sheung Daily News". comments that Col. Stimson's speech was the most outspoken by any responsible official of the U.S. Goverriment since the inception of the European war.
