IMMEDIATE USE OF THE UNITED STATES NAVY, "TO MAKE THE SEAS SECURE FOR THE DELIVERY OF MUNITIONS TO BRITAIN,” WAS URGED BY MR. HENRY L. STIMSON, U.S. SECRETARY OF WAR, IN A BROADCAST SPEECH TO THE NATION LAST NIGHT.
