ALLEGED BREACH OF CONTRACT: TEA FIRM SUED

A CASE ALLEGING breach of contract, in which Min Cheong Hong, of No. 128, Belchers Street, were plaintiffs, and the Fu Hua Trading Company of No. 33, Praya, Kennedy Town, defendants, was opened before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGre- gor, at the Supreme Court this morning.
