More evidence of the fruits of the rapidly grow. ing Empire air training' scheme was provided yesterday when a conting- ent of R.A.F. personnel from Britain, who had completed their training in Canada, returned with their "wings."
They were accompanied by new Australian and Canadian pilots.
The new pilots arrived at a Scottish port and will be followed at regular intervals by thousands or volunteers, including men hail- ing from Australia, Ceylon, the Malay States and other parts of the Empire.
