Colonel William Dono- van, President Roosevelt's special envoy who arrived in Belgrade on Wednes- day night, was received yesterday by M. Onetko- vitch, the Yugoslav Pre- mier, according to a Bel- grade telegram received in - Vichy.
Colonel Donovan told reporters he planned to stay two or three days in Belgrade and hoped to visit Prince Paul, the Regent, the Vice-Premier and War Minister, as well as other military leaders.
He declined to say whether he --had a personal message for Prince Paul from President Roosevelt.
