THIS is the time to talk of the with strips of vivid colours and jolly marties and fancy dress patches, and these patches also dances we shall all soon be en- adorn the skirt. A fetching little Joying, or perhaps you have starts ed the gayest of seasons?
It is fun to think out ideas for pretty and ingenious costumes, which, of course, we shall wear with a casual jaunty air. We are sure to feel jelly and light-heart- ed on those dazzling, festive oc- ensions. The delightful balloons in all the ie vivid colourings, Japanese lanterns, streamers and crackers, not to mention the table with the marvelous spread of iced cakes In every imaginable size and cul- nor, wil help to make the party a superlatively happy time.
