Hemsley On the slab the Airmen, struck out two but passed 10 Victorians which proved costly, whilst Brown for the V.R.C. whiffed three and only walked two.
In the sixth, Airmen dished up the only double killing by Hem- sley, who snared Quinn's fly and tossed to Goodwin at first to tag
out C. Rozario.
Chung Hwa retained the League leadership, although the Cosinus gave them anxious moments by holding the lead until the last inning. Diesta. Cosmo left gar- dener, hauled down every fly that came his way, and there were plenty of them hoisted, no less than seven lo all. Chung Hwa finished at the long end of a 3-8 verdict.
