GERMANY HAS GIVEN Rumania sharp reminder of the Vienna Award, under which she was forced to hand part of Transyl- vania to Hungary, the Berlin correspondent of the Swiss newspaper "Basler Nachrichten" said yesterday.

The reminder was prompted by the speeches of the Prime Minister, General An- tonescu, and the Deputy Prime Minister, M. Horia Sima, on Sunday, when they expressed bitter resentment at the loss of Transylvanian territory.
