"PUNCTUALITY" Apparently Dr. Joe Goeb- els has not yet despaired f his "war of nerves"; the rt and practice of talking big" is again in ill swing in the German ress over the terrifying onsequences of the Dic- ators' meeting. Considering how exceedingly unpunc- ual Adolf the All-Ter- ible was in his various chedules for invading England and taking up his residence at Bucking- ham Palace, there is much 10 be said for a little
agueness.
The "irresistible force! of an elemental pheno- menon" makes à pretty good mouthful, but it is by no means sure that it
