DOCTOR CLAIMS SUGARCHE
HELPS GOLF PLAYERS
WHILE FIRST CLASS and International stan- dard golf naturally depends largely on expert use of the clubs, it also depends to a large extent on the degree of sugar content in the blood of a golfer, ac- ・cording to a study just completed by Dr. Paul Mic-
hael, of Oakland City, California.
In his report to the American Medical Association, Dr. Michael submitted' that ir 1 golfer
carried fewer spare balls around; the course with him and replaced them with a supply of sugar to eat while playing, his scores would be greatly improved.
