There s nothing múch over which one could feel enthusiastic over this face, as once Victoria got in front it went on to win without any Opposition whatever. Mr. Needa ried hard on Galveston Bay, but even then it was actually three engths behind Blue Gate (Mr. Chao) for third position.

In comparison, the finish of the. jeventh race, the Hunan Handi- ap (second section) over 14 niles, was quite exciting.
