A PROMINENT BRITON, Mr. Miller, who
is the administrator of the Astra-Romano Oil GOWN OF ¿Company, was arrested at midnight on Tues-
day at the Astra Company's Sports Club at COTTON
Unagow, 20 miles from Bucharest.
