SWIFT POLICE ACTION has followed the new Reserve Liability of Pro- Home Office order giving police chiefs wide powers to deal with undesirable night clubs.
Within forty-eight hours of the order coming into force, more than a dozen clubs, bottle parties.or cafes of a "doubtful" character in the London area were ordered to close.
Reports from provincial towns indicate that drastic action has [been taken there also..
