NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an INTERIM DIVIDEND of FOUR per cent. (4%) for the six months ending 30th June, 1940, amounting to FORTY cents per share on the Fully Paid Up Shares and TEN cents per share on the Partly Paid Up Shares of the Com- pany will be paid on MONDAY, the 8th July, 1940, on which date Dividend Warrants may be obtained on applica- tion at the Registered Office of the Company, Exchange Building, 4th floor,

Intending bidders are advised that immediately after the dis- posal of the lot the Purchaser (if not the applicant) will be required to deposit with an authorised officer who will be present at the sale, the sum of two hundred dollars,
