Intending bidders are advised that Immediately after the disposal of the lot the Purchaser (if not the appli- cant) will be required to deposit with an authorised officer who will be pre- sent at the sale, the sum of two hun- dred dollars, ($200) in cash. This sum will be refunded on payment of the Purchase price.
