BORDEAUX, TO-DAY. NOTHING IS YET KNOWN AUTHORITATIVELY OF ANY OF THE TERMS WHICH GERMANY IS PREPARED TO OFFER FRANCE IN REPLY TO HER REQUEST FOR AN ARMISTICE, AND INFORMED QUARTERS INDICATE THAT NO TERMS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED, MERELY THE RE- QUEST FOR THE DESPATCH OF PLENIPOTENTIARIES.
Three plenipotentiaries, whose names have not been disclosed, are now on their way and the conference with German representatives will probably take place to-day in Paris or Versailles.
