AMERICA SOLIDLY AGAINST DESPATCH OF TROOPS

COMMENTING ON UNITED STATES isolationism, the "Daily Telegraph" writes it would be premature to fore- cast the practical consequences of the sympathy now being developed in America towards the Allied cause.
