A-39-year-old medicine dealer, Man Sau-sam, was before Mr. R. Edwards this morning, charged with forgery.
It was alleged that defendant forged- an endorsement upon a document of title to goods.
Mr. P. Wynter-Blyth was for the prosecution, and Mr. A. S. K. Lau for the defence.
