LONDON, TO-DAY. IT IS LEÀRNED FROM AN AUTHORITATIVE SOURCE THAT THE AERIAL BOMBARDMENT OF STAVANGER WAS RESUMED YESTERDAY MORNING WHEN THE R. A: F. BOMBER COM- MAND LAUNCHED A DAYLONG RAID.
