AS IT IS NOT LIKELY that the outstanding matches in First and Second Divisions of the Cricket League will now be played, the averages appended will be the last published in these columns until next season.

In First Division, D. J. N. Anderson finishes at the head of the batsmen after holding the lead throughout al- most the entire season. Sgt. Webb, however, with five runs more than' Anderson, had the biggest aggregate and was very consistent throughout.

It is noteworthy that R. E. Lee and N. D. Lloyd, the Champions' opening bowling.combination, have failed to qualify.

In the bowling list, M. A. Remedios, of Club de Recreio, heads the aver- ages with 4.25, but the most success ful bowler has been M. R. Abbas, of I.R.C., who has the largest bag in either division and, in addition, was the only bowler in the League to perform the "hat-trick.".
