The Nazis seem to have realised at long last that all their excuses and blustering about their policy of at- tacking unarmed merchantships is now regarded as nothing but sheer murder.

Yesterday, therefore, in accordance with the usual Nazi technique of ac- cusing the other side of one's own faults, the Germans accused the R.A.F. of having attacked an unarm- ed German merchant ship with bom- bers.

The allegation is denied by the Air Ministry.-Reuter.
