CHINA NOTE ON WANG HANDED TO THE LEAGUE

(SPECIAL TO "CHINA MAIL")

Geneva, To-day. DR. VICTOR HOO, CHINA'S representative at the League of Nations, yesterday handed M. Joseph Avenol, the Se- cretary-General, the text of the Chinese Note to foreign powers in connexion with the formation of the Wang Ching-wei regime in Nanking.

The Note reads: "Since they invaded China the Japanese have used all possible means to establish, through the conquest of China, their hegemony in Asia and the Pa- cific area.
