The Prime Minister was asked in the Commons yesterday if he would give an assurance that the, Finnish Government will not be prejudiced when the peace conference comes to be held by reason of their having accepted the Russian peace terms.

Mr. R. A. Butler, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, replied it was not possible to forecast at this stage the scope of the peace conference or under- what the Government could take to achieve at the conference.
