RUSSIAN ATTACKS ON VIBORG

Helsinki, To-day. Russian attempts to attack Viborg over the ice have met with little suc- cess. Soviet troops have landed on islands at the mouth of the bay, and one report says that others have also landed in three places on the western shore, but that their numbers are not large and they are now practically surrounded.

The Finnish Army yesterday called up the 1920 class-boys of from 19 to 20-many of whom are already serving as volunteers.--Reuter.
