Stockholm, To-day. Interruption of the telephone service abroad, coupled with many reports of important developments in Finland, give rise to wide speculation as to the possibilities of an armistice. The known facts are: firstly, Finland's aged former President Svin Hufvud, has ar- rived in Stockholm; secondly, M.
