C.C.C. SHOULD EXTEND RECREIO

(By "APREM")

Senior Champions, Club de Recreio, are making a heat bid to retain their tite n'arder to do so, however, they bahnot afford "to' drop further points, is CP, their nearest rivals, have secured maximum points in games, whereas Recreio have already dropped two points.

four

Craigengower are never a team to be dis- regarded and will be all out for blood this advantage. afternoon, bat with territorial Recreio should not be beaten although they Imight be held to a draw.

Army should secure their second succes- sive"win," against University. -

Craigengower should win easily in Junior Division against University but a keen strug. gle should result from the fixture between Police and T.R.C.

The latter team have shown considerable Improvement over their form of last season, while the Police, who are still favourably placed for the chaninionship, have yet to meet with defeat. On their own ground but Police will have a slight advantage frankly I shall not be surprised if either side win.

EASTERN - TO MEET ROYALS

"

by

After two week-ends occupied the Interports, League football will be again the chief attraction on the prò- gramme for this afternoon; most in- teresting game should be Royal Scots against Eastern at Sookunpoo.

A win for the Chinese will probably result, despite the fact that the Scots will be strengthened by their crack centre-forward, Hossack, who has just returned from Shanghat after the In- terport.
