WAKAMA INCIDENT

IT IS LEARNED that Brazil has sent a Note to the Governments of the other American nations pro- testing against the pursuit of the German steamer Wakama inside the 300-mile neutrality zone. The Wakama scuttled herself on sighting a British war-

ship.
