Helsinki, To-day.

Between 20 and 30 warplanes yesterday bombed Borga, a town of 6,000 inhabitants on the coast 30 miles east of the capital. Some 20 Ares were started by incendi- ary bombs. The number of casual- tics is unknown. Borga contains no military objectives and shelters a number of refugees. A large number of Soviet planes were reported over other points on the coast yesterday.

It is stated that if the Russians fail to pierce the Man- nerheim Line now they will have no chance of resuming the offen- sive before early summer. The will soon February snowstorms
