AN INTERESTING examination of the future pros- pects of the Shanghai dollar is made by "Fin- ance and Commerce,” leading financial weekly, in a review of the local exchange market for the week ending last Saturday.

Referring to a number of small selling. orders from Hong Kong, which supported the market during the week, the journal states that continued sell- ing from this quarter caused some surprise in view of the stricter exchange regulations in the Colony.
