The object of the Bill is to amend section 3 of the Incitement to Disaffec- tion Ordinance, 1939, so as to conform more closely with the provisions section 2 (2) and (4) of the Incitement to Disaffection Act, 1934.

The captain and II of the crew of the Swedish steamer Sonja (1,828 tons) arrived at an Eirann port yesterday after drifting in a life- boat.for five days.
Thirteen remaining members of the crew in a second lifeboat are still missing.
The Sonja was bound from New York to Rotterdam with cotton and rubber, and was sunk in the Atlantic on Monday.-Reuter.
