THE BRITISH LABOUR delegation which is visiting Fin- land spent most of yesterday inspecting the devasta- tion caused by Soviet bombs in Hango.

Sir Walter Citrine, leader of the party, said: "It seems cer- tain from what I have seen that the Russian bombers primarily concentrated on demoralising the civilian population.
