M. Cantilo, the Argentinian Foreign Minister, said that the Argentine is releasing to-day a joint note from the 21 American republics protesting at the violation of the Panama Con- ference's "neutral zone".

It is believed that the note also con- tains definite provisions to prevent a repetition of similar incidents.---Havas.
